Maienza Wilson has been an active in the construction business for over 40 years, having served large commercial construction projects, Residential and Engineering projects throughout the West, Hawaii, Midwest and Northeast US. They have covered virtually every aspect of construction management over their careers from Planning, Land and Property Development and Project management.

Maienza Wilson brings to project management, more than 20 years on commercial projects with a combined value in excess of $500,000,000 Additionally, as collaborative development, Maienza Wilson has successfully developed over $150,000,000.00 in residential real estate across the United States. Architect and designer, John Maienza and Gregg Wilson completed one of the first LEED Platinum, net-zero residential properties in Montecito.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As independent construction managers, Maienza Wilson administered the 11-year, eight-phase renovation and infrastructural upgrade of the Santa Barbara Bowl, including the building of the new pavilion, stage (including backstage, talent dressing rooms, concessions, and restrooms), McCaw Terrace, glen and entry gate. Currently, Gregg Wilson is the Board of Trustees representative and Project Manager for the multi-year Santa Barbara Museum of Art Renovation.
